What we do
From January 2025 to December 2026, the project unfolds through four interconnected activities — from building the CDG training programme to delivering it to 200 adult learners in Amsterdam and Madrid.
Activity 1 · Led by ZVVT · Throughout the project
Coordination, quality and evaluation
The backbone of the project: planning, financial management, continuous evaluation and quality assurance. It includes the kick-off meeting in Madrid, transnational project meetings every six months, bimonthly partner meetings, and mid-term and final evaluations to make sure the project delivers what it promises.
Activity 2 · Led by ZVVT & ABB · Throughout the project
Communication and marketing
Bringing the CDG program to the people who need it: this website, social media campaigns in both countries, newsletters, flyers, videos, live broadcasts of the pilot workshops, and dissemination through European networks such as EPALE, Eurodesk and Europe Direct. The activity culminates in a final event in Amsterdam.
Activity 3 · Led by ABB · From May 2025
Developing the CDG program & selecting participants
The foundation of the project: bringing together the partners’ existing educational materials, developing new workshops, trainings, IT challenges and questionnaires, and translating them into English, Dutch and Spanish. This activity also covers the recruitment, registration and selection of the 200 participants of the CDG program.
Activity 4 · Led by ZVVT · From June 2025
Training the participants
The heart of the project. Over the course of the programme we run the Tech Skills program (3 months, four editions) to explore careers in tech, the Digital Skills program (3 months, four editions) covering online visibility, cloud tools, cybersecurity, e-commerce, GDPR and digital marketing, and a continuous Personal Development program with monthly one-to-one job coaching and group sessions. It starts with two pilot trainings in each country, and every participant builds a portfolio and receives a certificate on completion.
