Amsterdam & Madrid — Closing the Digital GAP (CDG) has officially started! From January 2025 to December 2026, Stichting Zwarte vrouwen voor Technologie (Amsterdam) and Asociación Building Bridges (Madrid) join forces in this Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership in Adult Education, co-funded by the European Union.

Digital skills have become essential for participating in today’s society — yet many adults, especially women, migrants and people of colour, are still being left behind by the digital divide. Over the next two years, the CDG program will train 200 adult learners (100 in each country) in tech skills, digital skills and personal development, completely free of charge.
What’s coming
- A Tech Skills program to explore careers in tech through hands-on IT challenges
- A Digital Skills program covering online visibility, cloud tools, cybersecurity, e-commerce, GDPR and digital marketing
- A Personal Development program with one-to-one job coaching
- An open MOOC on AI & VR in English, Dutch and Spanish
- An international workshop for adult educators and a European network of trainers
All educational materials will be published openly on this website under a Creative Commons licence, so that other organisations and educators can use and adapt them.
